 We imported the advanced technology of German "MANESMANN DEMAG" to manufacture this type compressors. The compressor unit is V-type, no oil lubrication, water cooled, one stage compression; with EX-proof electric motor driven,specially used in the natural gas industry. The entire unit is arranged in the base, the unit structure is compact, smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise, small vibration, safe and reliable, automatic control.

1,Crankcase material is gray cast iron, compressor body is separate from the center body, the lower part of the body could be storage of lubricating oil, and equipped with the components of crude oil filter, oil measurement rod and the fuel filler mounted on the side cover, the crankcase is equipped with The explosion-proof electric heater.

2 ,Quality carbon steel forged crankshaft, cane, with the balance weight. Before loading, the crankshaft do static balance test to insure its smooth operation at a rated speed. The crankpin Department frequency quenching, increase its wear resistance.

3, the connecting rod is made of high quality 40Cr. The bulk of the holes lined with thin wall tile, small head hole lined with copper sleeve.

4, Crosshead body is nodular cast iron, on which there is connected the piston rod with a threaded rod connecting the crosshead pin. The structure is simple and reliable to use.

5, the cylinder block material is gray cast iron, we use the locating pin to fix . Valve axially arranged in the cylinder seat. Cylinder seat is provided ,the filler tube is installed. Cooling type is air-cooled. Close to the cylinder crankcase seat a drain valve is equipped .

6, The cylinder material is gray cast iron, three-wall air-cooled cylinder oil lubrication design, without greasing.

7, the material is gray cast iron cylinder head, the valve axially arranged in the cylinder head.

8, the compressor piston material is gray cast iron, and the piston is equipped with the piston ring and guide ring. Piston rings and guide rings are made of filled PTFE, the material has good self-lubricating, wear resistance and thermal conductivity, without greasing.

9, the piston rod using 38CrMoALA Material nitriding treatment, with the filler material at the same time the surface of the grinding to improve the surface hardness, and to increase the wear resistance. Threaded connection with the crosshead.

10, The filler structure: fillers from the working chamber of the cylinder was charged in a flow blocking ring is placed close to the working chamber of the cylinder of the first small chamber, is throttled. Subsequently several small chambers in each chamber discharge the two groups of the filler, the filler material is filled PTFE, having good self-lubricating property, abrasion resistance and thermal conductivity, without greasing. Fillers and piston rod friction heat generated will be blowed away by the natural wind.

11, the valve the internationally popular reticular valve, all-stainless steel. Largest oil limited installation section valve, such valve effective flow area, while the noise is small, reliable work, long life.

12, compressor crankshaft, crosshead, connecting rod, etc. lubrication system by the coarse filter, oil pump, fine filter. Oil pump is rotor type, oil pump is driven directly by the crankshaft.

13, cooling system: water-cooled compressor unit. Cylinder block, a cylinder, the cylinder head by a water-cooled cooler to cool. The user must provide the 0.15-0.2Mpa water pressure.
